well first.. the not so good update, still don't have my other piece of luggage (grrr) don't really know whats going on with it and they won't answer phones. also the money i transferred, i only got 60 percent of it back so im basically poor.. yeah not cool france, not cool

HOWEVER

NEW YEAR'S EVE :)
as many of you know, I hated ALMOST everything about 2010 (except the six flagsness) basically. so i was actually excited for it to be 'over'.

and ALSO as many of you know.. i usually chose being a kid over anything else



sooo. would anyone be surprised if on the biggest party day of the year i chose to go to Disneyland Paris? cus I did.. and you shouldn't be :D

so i don't really know what i should say.. i was at disneyland, in paris, on new years eve.. just awesome. we went to space mountain, haunted mansion, PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN!!!!!!!! aerosmith's rockin roller coaster. TWILIGHT TOWER HAUNTED HOTEL :D, indiana jones, umm im not sure, just tons of rides.

it was pretty cold, but not even that crowded, pirates was awesome.. very much the same as ours.. but made me sooooo happy (in fact most of the rides), this was the first time i rode the twilight tower (elevator that drops you like. 10 different times from different heights in the complete dark). well the coolest part of it was first the atmosphere inside the ride, and then that when you got to the very top, two different times,  you could see the entire park and it was night, so just beautiful.

indiana jones was cool cus it was little mine train carts and the actors were dressed up, we took a boat ride that showed all the different lands of the different disney movies, there was a parade goin by all the time. We watched a 'magic of disney' movie that went through all the ages of famous films but greened screened a guy in.. pretty awesome. OH and a special effects 'armageddon' thing, in which all the kids were crying.. it was so sad cus they thought people were literally screaming for their lives :( stupid parents

we randomly showed up at a dance party were there was a boyband on stage and a guy teaching by example dance moves to music videos.. kinda lame, but still fun. theen we went to the real dance party in front of the castle. we got there an hour before new years so got to have a nice spot right in front (ish) center by the castle. they had a techno mis going on the whole time in which i danced like crazy (not one non-english song but whatever) there was a group of french gangster guys next to us making a scene but also dancing crazy.. and the place slowly got PACCKKED.

we started to worry there wasn't going to be a countdown but of course Disney wouldn't disappoint so there was :) it was.. just so exciting and fun to be with soo many people in such a pretty place. i wish all my besties from us could have been there with me cus you would have loved it so much

went straight to the haunted hotel (we hadn't ridden it yet).. got lots of 'bonne année's and some 'happy new year's.. and even some other languages. then danced around the park just seeing what was open (not much was.. then going back to the castle there was a lot of people techno dancing too with streamers (i grabbed one for keeps). got home around 2:30am.. needless to say.. completely exhausted

(also just saw that the eiffel tower id only a few puny.. literally tiny fireworks.. so is not disappointed with her decision at all now to not go there)

stayed up talkin to my parents and the lovely amber shrader while uploading all this stuff. was up til 5:30 (so almost the us new year... btw i hope everyone loovved theirs and was safe) and slept til 2 today. going to the bâteau mouche tonight.. should be awesome, i cant wait to see the eiffel tower again :D
